Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 4 medium medium potatoes Cut into small cubes for even cooking
Seasoning and Oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt Adjust according to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Adjust according to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  3. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.

Notes

Cut the potatoes into even-sized cubes for uniform cooking. Adjust the seasonings based on your preference. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for better crispiness.
