  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon Optional, but adds great flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel the bananas and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until combined.
  4. Brush the banana halves with the buttery mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the bananas in the air fryer basket, cut side up. Make sure they are not overcrowded.
  2. Air fry the bananas for 6-8 minutes, or until they are golden and caramelized to your liking.
  3. Once they’re done, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to restore warmth.
