Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel the bananas and slice them in half lengthwise.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until combined.
- Brush the banana halves with the buttery mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
Cooking
- Place the bananas in the air fryer basket, cut side up. Make sure they are not overcrowded.
- Air fry the bananas for 6-8 minutes, or until they are golden and caramelized to your liking.
- Once they’re done, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to restore warmth.
