Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 290°F. Grease a ramekin or small baking dish.
- In a blender, combine rolled oats, egg, banana, almond milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, and cinnamon. Blend for 20-30 seconds.
- Stir in your chosen mix-ins.
- Pour the batter into the greased ramekin and top with more mix-ins if desired.
Cooking
- Place the ramekin in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes. Check at 7 minutes and cover with foil if browning too quickly.
- Remove from the air fryer once cooked and let it cool for a minute before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in air fryer or microwave. Experiment with different flavors and toppings!
