Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 large egg or flaxseed mix for vegan option
  • 1 medium banana the riper, the sweeter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or any non-dairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter optional
Mix-ins
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or blueberries or your choice of mix-ins

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 290°F. Grease a ramekin or small baking dish.
  2. In a blender, combine rolled oats, egg, banana, almond milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, and cinnamon. Blend for 20-30 seconds.
  3. Stir in your chosen mix-ins.
  4. Pour the batter into the greased ramekin and top with more mix-ins if desired.
Cooking
  1. Place the ramekin in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes. Check at 7 minutes and cover with foil if browning too quickly.
  2. Remove from the air fryer once cooked and let it cool for a minute before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in air fryer or microwave. Experiment with different flavors and toppings!
