Preparation
- Cover a large baking dish with parchment paper.
- Clean the grapes thoroughly and set them aside.

Coating the Grapes
- In a medium bowl, combine Monk Fruit Sweetener and citric acid (if using).
- Remove grapes from the fridge and roll each grape in the Monk Fruit mixture until fully coated.
- Transfer the coated grapes onto the prepared parchment paper.
Freezing
- Place the baking dish in the freezer and let the grapes freeze for 2-3 hours until solid.
Serving
- Once frozen, serve the grapes in a big bowl. They are a refreshing snack great for hot summer days.
