Preparation
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- In a bowl, combine the rinsed blueberries with Greek yogurt. Ensure that the berries are well coated.
- Scoop out small amounts of the mixture and place them on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
Freezing and Coating
- Put the baking sheet in the freezer for about 20-25 minutes until the yogurt clusters are frozen solid.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Take the frozen yogurt clusters from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate.
- Place the coated clusters back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt, if using.
- Allow the chocolate to set before enjoying your delicious treat!
Notes
Store chocolate-coated clusters in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. Feel free to experiment with other fruits or yogurt types.
