  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries Use fresh blueberries for the best flavor and texture.
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt You can use vanilla Greek yogurt for added sweetness.
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate Melt the chocolate for coating the clusters.
Optional toppings
  • pinch Sea salt Sprinkle on top if using.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. In a bowl, combine the rinsed blueberries with Greek yogurt. Ensure that the berries are well coated.
  3. Scoop out small amounts of the mixture and place them on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
Freezing and Coating
  1. Put the baking sheet in the freezer for about 20-25 minutes until the yogurt clusters are frozen solid.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Take the frozen yogurt clusters from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate.
  4. Place the coated clusters back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt, if using.
  5. Allow the chocolate to set before enjoying your delicious treat!

Notes

Store chocolate-coated clusters in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. Feel free to experiment with other fruits or yogurt types.
